Meet Alcides Montiel: Owner and Head Coach of La Bestia Elite F.C.

Alcides Montiel, the founder and head coach of La Bestia Elite Futbol Club, has dedicated his life to nurturing young soccer talent. His passion for the game began early and led him to start coaching at just 21 years old with the Alexandria Soccer Association. With over five years as a supervisor for PWSI's U4/U5 program and experience as a Villarreal U16 coach, Coach Montiel has a rich background in youth soccer development.

One of his most memorable experiences was learning from coach Roby, the President of Doradus, with whom La Bestia Elite has proudly partnered. Under Coach Montiel's guidance, La Bestia Elite F.C. has become a place where young players not only develop their skills but also cultivate a deep love for the beautiful game. His dedication, experience, and passion for soccer continue to inspire the next generation of players.
