It was a proud weekend for the La Bestia Elite family as several of our players had the opportunity to compete in the prestigious Jefferson Cup as part of the Select teams from our partner club, The St. James Football Club (TSJFC).

TSJ Select teams are formed by bringing together top players from TSJ North, TSJ South, and La Bestia Elite. A select group of players from each team are chosen to train and compete together in high-level tournaments, giving them the opportunity to face strong competition while building connections across clubs.

For the Jefferson Cup, two TSJ Select teams competed in each age group. Players from all three clubs came together to represent the program, and our La Bestia boys showed up ready to compete.

Strong Performances Across Age Groups

2016 Players (U10)
Our 2016 La Bestia players played an important role in an outstanding weekend for their teams. The 2016 Select A team captured the Championship in the U10 Elite Bracket, while the 2016 Select B team battled their way to become Finalists in the U10 Platinum Bracket.

2015 Players (U11)
The 2015 boys showed tremendous heart and determination throughout the tournament, earning a spot as U11 Jefferson Cup Finalists after a strong run through the bracket.

2017 Players (U9)
Our youngest group competed hard all weekend. The 2017 Select A team finished undefeated (2 ties, 1 win), just narrowly missing advancement to the finals.

Proud of Our Players

Tournaments like the Jefferson Cup provide an incredible opportunity for players to test themselves against strong competition while continuing to grow within a collaborative development pathway. Seeing La Bestia players compete alongside their TSJ teammates at a high level is something our entire club takes pride in.

We are incredibly proud of every player who stepped on the field and represented their teams with passion, teamwork, and determination.
