This past weekend, La Bestia Elite made its mark at The Sporting King Cup futsal tournament in Fredericksburg, VA, with remarkable performances across all age groups. Our players showcased resilience, teamwork, and skill, setting a strong tone for the 2024-2025 futsal season.

U8/2016 Team: Champions Crowned! 🏆

Our U8/2016 team dominated the competition, winning all seven games over the weekend to claim the championship title. These young athletes displayed exceptional determination and teamwork, earning them a well-deserved place at the top.

Individual accolades added to the celebration:

  • David, our phenomenal goalie, was awarded the Golden Glove, recognizing his standout performance in protecting the net.
  • Chris, a force on the court, was voted MVP by his fellow teammates for his incredible contributions to the team’s success.
  • Coach Alcides Montiel received the Best Coach award, a testament to his inspiring leadership and dedication to player development.

U10/2014 Team: Semi-Finalists with a Twist

Our U10/2014 group, largely composed of our talented 2015 players competing in an older age bracket, demonstrated grit and adaptability, making it all the way to the semi-finals. Their efforts against older and more experienced players are a testament to their growing potential.

Second U8/2017 Team: Quarter-Finalists

Our second U8 team, featuring our 2017 players playing up a year, impressed everyone by reaching the quarter-finals. These rising stars gained invaluable experience and proved they are ready for the challenges ahead.
